    ​Please read all Policies and Procedures Thoroughly...

    • Inclement Weather:  Rain-date is the following Sunday, November 16, 2025.  There are no refunds or discounts for any dates cancelled due to inclement weather.
    • Event Cancellation:  Exhibitors will be notified of cancellations via email by 9pm the evening before the event.  It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to provide MST with a working email address and phone number.  Exhibitors are also responsible for checking to see whether or not this event is cancelled by going to https://www.mainsttorrington.org
    • Map & Booth Number: Vendors will receive a map and booth number by email no later than one month prior to the event.
    • Placement:  MST will place exhibitors at their discretion, you are not allowed to change tent locations without permission.
    • Tents, Tables and Chairs: You must provide your own tent, table and chairs.  Exhibitors MUST stay within the confines of their purchase space (10x10, 10x20 or 10x35).  If you feel you are going to need more space, MST recommends that you purchase a second vendor space.  
    • Load-In/Out:  To alleviate confusion we implement staggered Load-in times (a link to register your arrival time is sent prior to event). 
    • Parking: Parking is FREE in Torrington on Sunday.  You will be given instructions where you can park as we have set up areas that are close to the festival, but hidden from the general public.
    • Trash:  You are responsible for your own trash pickup and overall cleanliness of your assigned area.
    • Tax Identification: By signing this Agreement, you are confirming that you have all appropriate and required license and permits from federal, state and local agencies to conduct your business.  MST takes no responsibility if you do not.
    • Heath Department Permit: If you make and sell a consumable product, you are responsible to contact TAHD for a permit.
    • Safety/Security:  Please keep all products secure. MST is not liable for any theft or customer damage sustained during the event;
    • Breakdown: You must not breakdown prior to the event end time. (violations WILL result in suspension from future events)
    • Right To Deny:  MST holds the right to deny any exhibitor based on any of the following criteria: Duplication of product for sale, failing to follow procedures mentioned above; failure to pay, failure to show proper licenses/insurance.
    • Booth Sharing: Sharing or subletting your booth space is not permitted. If you are caught, a permanent ban from future Main Street Torrington events will be enforced.
    • Failure To Follow These Guidelines... will result in dismissal from future Main Street Torrington Events.
