    Electricity ($25 - Billed Separately)
    There are limited locations in Coe Memorial Park for electricity. If it is ABSOLUTELY needed, please use the space to the right to explain why.

    • Inclement Weather:  Rain-date is the following day (Sunday, June 2, 2024).  There are no refunds or discounts for any dates cancelled due to inclement weather.
    • Event Cancellation:  Exhibitors will be notified of cancellations via email by 9pm the evening before the event.  It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to provide MST with a working email address and phone number.  Exhibitors are also responsible for checking to see whether or not this event is cancelled by going to https://www.mainsttorrington.org
    • Map & Booth Number: Vendors will receive a map and booth number by email no later than one month prior to the event.
    • Placement:  MST will place exhibitors at their discretion, you are not allowed to change tent locations without permission.
    • Tents: You must provide your own tent (10 x 10) with weights (there is NO STAKING TENTS in Coe Memorial Park). Exhibitors MUST stay within the confines of the tent.  All tents will abut other tents.  If you feel you are going to need more space, MST recommends that you purchase a second vendor space.  Exhibitors must provide tables, chairs, adequate trash receptacles and electrical cords if purchasing electricity.
    • Load-In/Out:  Vehicles can park along the curb on Litchfield Street  to drop-off and pick-up their merchandise.  To alleviate confusion we offer staggered Load-in times (a link to register your time is sent prior to event). 
    • Leaving Your Vehicle on the Curb: You must NOT abandon your vehicle while setting up your booth (Torrington Police will issue Parking Tickets) and you will be suspended from future events!
    • Parking: Free parking is available several locations around Coe Park, you will be given a Window Parking Pass prior to the event.
    • Trash:  You are responsible for your own trash pickup and overall cleanliness of your assigned area.
    • Tax Identification: By signing this Agreement, you are confirming that you have all appropriate and required license and permits from federal, state and local agencies to conduct your business.  MST takes no responsibility if you do not.
    • Heath Department Permit: If you make and sell a consumable product, you are responsible to contact TAHD for a permit.
    • Safety/Security:  Please keep all products secure. MST is not liable for any theft or customer damage sustained during the event;
    • Breakdown: You must not breakdown prior to the event end time. (violations WILL result in suspension from future events)
    • Right To Deny:  MST holds the right to deny any exhibitor based on any of the following criteria: Duplication of product for sale, failing to follow procedures mentioned above; failure to pay, failure to show proper licenses/insurance.
     
    PAYMENT

    • Failure to follow the follow guidelines will result in dismissal from MST Events without a refund of any kind.
