So you want to become a vendor?

We offer a 10 x 10 Booth and a limited number of 10 x 20 and Supersized 10 x 35 Booths.
We also grant a limited number of 10 x 10 booths for 501(c)(3) Not for Profit Organizations.

    ​Please read all Policies and Procedures Thoroughly...
    • Inclement Weather:  Rain-date is the following day (Sunday, Nov 3, 2024).  There are no refunds or discounts for any dates cancelled due to inclement weather.
    • Event Cancellation:  Exhibitors will be notified of cancellations via email by 9pm the evening before the event.  It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to provide MST with a working email address and phone number.  Exhibitors are also responsible for checking to see whether or not this event is cancelled by going to https://www.mainsttorrington.org
    • Map & Booth Number: Vendors will receive a map and booth number by email no later than one month prior to the event.
    • Placement:  MST will place exhibitors at their discretion, you are not allowed to change tent locations without permission.
    • Parking: Free parking is available several locations around Main Street.
    • Trash:  You are responsible for your own trash pickup and overall cleanliness of your assigned area.
    • Tax Identification: By submitting this application, you are confirming that your business has all appropriate and required license and permits from federal, state and local agencies to conduct your business.  MST takes no responsibility if you do not.
    • Safety/Security:  Please keep all products secure. MST is not liable for any theft or customer damage sustained during the event;
    • Breakdown: You must not breakdown prior to the event end time. (violations WILL result in suspension from future events)
