2020 Vendor Application & Fees
What kind of vendor are you?
Art & craft vendors are primarily featured at this event, encompassing the large center section of the park. Direct sale vendors are limited to around 10-12 booths and grouped in the area opposite our food court. Organizational and Service vendors are represented as well in limited quantity, and typically spread throughout the park.

Please Note*
- Upon your acceptance, your vending fees are due immediately.
- Vending fee rate is valid up to 14 days prior to each event.
- Vending fees increase to $100 for applications received and accepted within two weeks of each event.

Artisan/Craft Vendors - $60
Artisan & craft vendors create products that are original and hand crafted. Service Vendors - $60 Service vendors provide a service for customers attending the event (i.e. henna, massage, balloon tying, psychic etc.). Organizational Vendors - $60 Organizational vendors do not have inventory to sell, but rather are more focused on educating the public about their organization, and any other services they offer. This is limited to 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations. Direct Sales Vendors - $75 Direct sale vendors offer products to customers that are commercially produced. Commercial Vendors - Requirements Apply Commercial vendors include major corporations, but can also be local or regional brick and mortar businesses. Extremely limited space is available for commercial vending and acceptance requires the purchase of a display ad in our "Official Event Guide". If you are a food vendor and would like to contact us, please email ecannata@mainsttorrington.org If you are invited, the cost will be $100 for each event. |
Set-Up, Breakdown, Booth Location, and Parking
- Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs and power cords (if purchasing power).
- WiFi is not available, but there is strong cell reception in the park.
- Specific instructions for set-up, breakdown, booth location and parking are emailed a few days prior the event.

If you are accepted, you will be notified by email. Payment is due immediately.

- Pay By Mail - Print and mail your check and vendor agreement .
