Come enjoy our event including great food like fresh watermelon, refreshing drinks from our "non-alcoholic watermelon bar", pulled pork sandwiches from Zach and Lou's BBQ, and additional food trucks including Szabo's Seafood and The PolishPlate as well.
Ride the "Coe Park Express" train around the park, listen to Music or participate in the "Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest" sponsored by the Roberts Tax Group! Watch Resty Nombrado carve the most amazing creations out of fresh watermelons! Most importantly, shop for some amazing bargains at one of our 70 vendors located throughout the park.
